These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and 288ein (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://288ein.cam.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 288ein platform — including sports betting, live casino, account management and informational resources — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 288ein platform by a verified individual.

• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful, including but not limited to jurisdictions explicitly restricted by the operator's license conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times bonus funds must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted, as stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

To register and maintain an account on 288ein, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence — whichever is the greater. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before depositing funds.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and possible forfeiture of all balances.
5. Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be accurate, complete and current. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order — whether placed on 288ein or any other platform operating under the same license — at the time of registration or use.

Account registration requires you to provide personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. This information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prior to processing any withdrawal — and in certain other circumstances including high-value deposits or where fraud indicators are present — you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (e.g., a valid CNIC for Pakistani users, or a current passport).
• Proof of residential address where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).
• A selfie or liveness check confirming you are the holder of the submitted identity document.
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

You must upload documents only through 288ein's secure, HTTPS-verified portal. Documents must not be altered, edited, obscured or falsified in any way. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

288ein accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the platform from time to time, which may include familiar Pakistani options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers from institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Funds must originate solely from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on your behalf by another person — are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposit transactions are subject to the applicable fees, exchange rates and processing times of the relevant payment provider, which are outside 288ein's control.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Users are solely responsible for sending the correct asset to the correct network address. 288ein cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or network.
• 288ein reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud, AML concerns or eligibility issues are identified.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with these Terms. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Processing times vary by payment method and operator policy. Indicative processing times are displayed at the time of submission but are not guaranteed.
• Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, any associated wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus portion of your balance (and any winnings attributable to it) is eligible for withdrawal.

288ein may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentive programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• All bonus figures published by 288ein are clearly labeled as illustrative unless confirmed as live promotions. Exact amounts, eligibility criteria and wagering requirements are defined in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per person, household, device or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period may be forfeited automatically.
• 288ein reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations in progress at the time of change are honoured.
• Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, providing false information, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 288ein may in such cases withhold all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn.

The following general rules apply to all betting activities on 288ein, including sports betting, live in-play markets and any other wagering products offered on the platform:

• A bet is accepted and confirmed only when the platform issues a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a connectivity interruption — are not valid.
• Odds displayed are subject to change up to the point of bet placement and acceptance. The odds at the time of confirmation are binding.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. Bets placed after an event or outcome has already occurred are void, regardless of display delays.
• 288ein reserves the right to void, suspend or restrict any market at its discretion, including where integrity concerns, data errors or exceptional circumstances arise.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, 288ein's decision — made in accordance with published rules — shall be final.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments referenced on this platform — are available as sporting context. 288ein has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any national team. References are for sports-context purposes only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288ein platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, legal action and/or referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in sports events wagered on.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Transferring funds between accounts or facilitating third-party betting on behalf of others.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other users.

288ein is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools and obligations apply:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time via account settings. Once set, limits cannot be immediately increased — a cooling-off period applies.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum permitted loss over a specified period. Betting access is suspended upon reaching the limit for that period.
• Time Limits & Reality Checks: Session-time reminders are available and can be configured to alert the player at regular intervals during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• No Chasing Losses: The platform does not encourage players to increase stakes to recover losses. Any promotional communication will not use messaging designed to encourage chasing.

288ein does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and licensed KYC/AML service providers where required by applicable law or our license conditions.

All content on the 288ein platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 288ein or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 288ein.

Any trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the platform — including payment provider names and sports organisation names used as context — are the property of their respective owners and their appearance on 288ein does not constitute any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288ein, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Losses arising from connectivity failures, platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores or results data.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

288ein reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to AML checks and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

288ein reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or notifying registered users by email.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact our support team.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent material revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 288ein, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body specified in the operator's license jurisdiction.
